Welcome to my K–1 gym space—where learning and playing go hand in hand! Here, you’ll find a peek into the games, activities, and lessons we enjoy throughout the year. My hope is to give new teachers a head start, spark fresh ideas for seasoned pros, and share the joy of movement with anyone who steps into our PE world.

Even after nearly 20 years of teaching, I still consider myself a “student” of elementary PE. Most of the activities you see here were inspired by other amazing educators, and while I adapt them to fit my students’ needs, very few are my own original creations.

I do my best to credit where each idea came from, but with two decades of teaching, some sources have been lost along the way. If you notice something I’ve forgotten to credit, just send me an email—I’m always happy to update it.
